I am extremely excited to announce that I will be looking into a perisher accommodation. This is just a getaway for my boyfriend and I. I figured that we have been working so hard lately, and we haven’t really taken any time of for ourselves. I know that we both love skiing, so Perisher sounded like such a good treat for ourselves. I know for sure that we will enjoy our time off together. Perhaps we might even brave the harder slopes as well. I am not sure what to expect because I have always done the easier slopes. I do hope that I will be brave enough to go through with it. We will see what it looks like. I know that I am adventurous, but I also know what I am capable of. Skiing takes practice and skills, and I haven’t really built myself up to the most hardcore slopes yet.

I want to get in shape, I want to get just ripped, I want to lose this fat that girdles my waist and swathes my thighs and upper arms. I want to get muscle definition, and no longer feel fat and pudgy as if I were clothed in cookie dough. I want to get a tan and look good, become rugged and broad shouldered. I want to be in the best shape of my life, and then enjoy the consequent health benefits that come with being in optimal health. I want to enjoy a long life, a rugged immune system, and be on top of my game at all points so that I may best enjoy the world. Toward that end I have begun exercising with the insanity workout, which is guaranteed to help me accomplish my goals as long as I am disciplined in my pursuit of health and fitness.
